Registered Care Manager

Our Registered manager is also a registered general nurse.

​

Debbie qualified from Thames Valley university and started her nursing career from Maidstone hospital on the then acute stroke ward,

 

She worked serving the local community in Maidstone as a community nurse, covered all areas of kent as an IV therapy nurse and worked in various nursing homes in and around Maidstone

​

Our staff all have a current DBS and are registered on the update system.

​

All staff are trained and we offer an in-house training which is ongoing this is to ensure staff are updated on the latest policy and procedure.

​

Safety is the fore front in all that we do.

​

We adhere strictly to the policies of the Care Quality Commission.

​

We have exceptional command over assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of care.

​

We are extremely skilled in collaborative working with members of the multidisciplinary team to provide quality care and support for clients.

​

Our long term goal contains a strong aim of providing the finest kind of care there is.
